Job Description
The role involves developing and executing the go-to-market strategy and messaging for Samsara's AI platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with executive stakeholders, and leading thought leadership initiatives to drive the company's AI product adoption and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop Samsara's AI platform messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate and execute GTM launches for AI features and support sales efforts.
- Lead the development of content, experiences, and thought leadership around AI offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure aligned messaging and technical accuracy.
- Manage strategic projects related to platform positioning, API strategy, and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Marketing roles, ideally in a deeply technical product or platform environment.
- Proven experience engaging with internal executive stakeholders and external executive buyers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills able to distill complex ideas into strategic narratives.
- Experience owning cross-functional workstreams and driving them to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline; an advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience bringing AI products and capabilities to market.
- The ability to sell technical value and confidently answer technical questions, bringing clarity to complexity.
- A strategic mindset and strong narrative skills, with the ability to craft messaging that is insightful, bold, and aligned with business goals.
- Energy derived from executive conversations and relationship-building, with the ability to engage effectively with top accounts.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead without a playbook, being self-directed, fast-moving, and outcome-focused.

Annual Base Salary range: 128,520 to 229,500 USD
