Job Description
The role involves managing and coordinating strategic security projects across multiple teams, supporting security and compliance initiatives, and driving the adoption of new technologies like AI to enhance security operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cross-functional security projects, ensuring timely delivery and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute security initiatives and roadmaps.
- Support security audit efforts across compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, and GovRAMP.
- Implement and incorporate AI technologies to scale security processes and improve visibility.
- Develop and promote a strong program management culture within the security team.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of Project or Program Management experience in a fast-paced, technical company.
- Experience with managing priorities across multiple teams, building processes, and coordinating tight schedules.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and work with systems teams to collaboratively implement security improvements across the organization.
- Experience with Agile practices and utilizing tools to drive insights, such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
- A proven track record for being data and technology driven, with experience in AI tooling and methods.
- Experience working on Information Security and/or Compliance programs.
- Experience in driving strategy planning and roadmap definition.
