Job Description
A Business Systems Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing supply chain systems, primarily E2open, by managing incidents, analyzing requirements, implementing solutions, and collaborating across global teams to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and manage incidents for supply chain applications like E2open to ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate system upgrades and perform root cause analysis to maintain system health.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement system solutions through configuration and low-code/no-code customizations.
- Lead and participate in system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain documentation of current processes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with integration, data, and other teams to ensure seamless system operations and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on supply chain systems.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain management principles with hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
- Strong experience with Supply Chain modules, specifically Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Collaboration.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements, perform system analysis, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Flexibility for occasional overlap with North American working hours for collaborative tasks.
- Direct experience with E2open modules.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, such as Propel.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints.
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data and follow formal change management processes.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
