Job Description
A Technical Enablement Manager is responsible for designing and scaling training programs to empower technical teams, helping them deliver impactful solutions for customers in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements
- Design and scale training programs that empower global technical teams to deliver real impact for customers.
- Build programs that help technical teams thrive by developing effective training content and methodologies.
- Experience in creating and implementing technical enablement or training programs for technical teams.
- Ability to work remotely and manage training initiatives across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts relevant to customer engagement platforms, AI capabilities, and multichannel marketing technologies.
- Proven track record of designing training programs that improve team performance and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training and enablement content to technical audiences.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success teams to identify training needs.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve program content and delivery methods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Educational background or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines).
