Job Description

A Sales Enablement Specialist responsible for developing and delivering training programs to help sales teams effectively utilize technical tools and drive business impact across various industries, supporting the company's growth and customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored enablement strategies for new sales tools and initiatives
  • Create and implement training programs to enhance sales team productivity and AI adoption
  • Lead training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technical concepts
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to drive business impact and reinforce adoption of sales methodologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams and senior leaders to support ongoing development and change management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Clari, and AI tools.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leaders to drive business impact.
  • Ability to dive into technical details and learn about deeply technical tools, including Artificial Intelligence tools and how they can impact seller efficiency.
  • Strong communication and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to coach salespeople in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Ability to leverage sales leadership as change agents to reinforce AE adoption.
  • Skilled at building trust and credibility and engaging with senior leaders to drive initiatives aligned with key objectives.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage many projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
  • Previous experience delivering trainings for Salesforce tools.
  • Previous experience working with an AI role-playing tool.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, change-heavy environments.
  • Ability to balance business needs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide and motivate sellers to achieve their performance goals.
  • Experience with Lessonly LMS, Showpad CMS, and/or Jira Project Management.
  • Multilingual ability to create and translate learning content in English, French, and Spanish.
