A Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving product adoption, creating customer-centric content, and collaborating across teams to promote Samsara's asset tracking and Smart Trailers products in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement.
Drive product adoption through marketing programs focused on increasing usage of new products.
Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback, build advocacy, and gain insights.
Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as training, battlecards, and competitor insights.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce customer-facing content and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Analyze performance data to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and report on key metrics to leadership.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in core product marketing, or Management Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise sales and go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrate a mission-critical, commercial mindset with deep empathy for B2B sales channels and experience helping them win deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to internal and external audiences large and small, and create and edit materials such as emails, launch plans, and training materials.
Experience in customer-centric storytelling, translating technical features into clear value, and engaging directly with customers.
Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership to drive complex problems to a solution.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
High sense of urgency and ambitious work ethic to drive business outcomes.
Analytical skills to understand customer data and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Ability to connect the dots across product, sales, and marketing, turning customer insights into successful go-to-market strategies.
