Job Description

The role involves developing and executing account-based marketing strategies for strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and customer retention in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own account-based marketing strategy and execution for strategic Enterprise accounts
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales to develop tailored account plans
  • Build and activate account-based marketing programs to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and deepen customer engagement
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales by identifying opportunities and aligning marketing efforts with account priorities
  • Measure and report on program performance and account impact
  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives with attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Manage program budget and evaluate results to improve performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of account-based marketing experience supporting B2B high-tech products or solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, executive presence, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong leadership instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • A passion for results, measurement, and optimization, with a focus on driving ROI and solving problems proactively.
  • Ability to support and execute account-based marketing strategy and programs for a prioritized set of strategic, high-spend Enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to build and activate account-based marketing programs that source new pipeline, accelerate existing opportunities, deepen customer engagement, and deliver standout account experiences.
  • Ability to lead bi-weekly 1:1 account planning sessions with Enterprise Sales teams and develop tailored plans for specific accounts.
  • Ability to measure and provide closed-loop reporting on program and account performance.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail and flawless execution.
  • Experience managing program budgets, evaluating results against goals, and generating insights and learnings to continuously improve performance.
  • Remote work capability and residence in the US, as this is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US.

Annual base salary range of $116,322.50 to $195,500 USD
