Job Description
The role involves developing and executing demand generation strategies for Samsara's emerging products, leveraging multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the demand generation strategy for new offerings and support key commercial milestones.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, direct mail, and other channels to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with Sales, PMM, Customer Success, and channel owners to plan and implement integrated customer lifecycle motions.
- Pilot and scale new marketing channels using data insights to optimize growth and experimentation strategies.
- Define test plans, instrumentation, and reporting processes to enhance prospect and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
- Experience leveraging AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns, build agentic workflows, and boost productivity.
- Proven track record in building multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo or equivalent Salesforce.
- Strong analytical rigor skilled at experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- High ownership, bias to action, and accountability in fast-moving environments.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python or equivalent for analysis and experimentation.
- Background in management consulting, analytics, or similar problem-solving roles.
- Strong writing skills with experience creating content for emails, webinars, webpages, or blogs.
- Comfortable operating in 0-1 environments and in a startup-within-an-enterprise context.
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms and advanced Salesforce usage.
