Job Description

The role involves developing and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns, primarily through email automation, to engage customers across multiple regions. It requires managing marketing automation tools, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize customer journeys, including email marketing sequences and lead nurture tracks.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Marketo) integrated with CRM and data platforms to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and tech teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Ensure content, audiences, and journeys are accurate, aligned with outcomes, and meet quality standards.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign execution, including audience segmentation, content production, and quality assurance workflows.
  • Implement automation and AI solutions to improve campaign efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Maintain compliance with email regulations and data privacy standards across regions.

Requirements

  • 8 years hands-on email marketing, campaign operations or digital marketing experience at a high growth B2B tech company.
  • Successful ownership of campaign execution in Iterable or similar marketing automation tooling (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), including managing intake process, audience segmentation, program build out, content production, and QA workflows.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring localization and alignment with targets while maintaining globally consistent brand messaging.
  • Thorough understanding of email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and data privacy best practices.
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance metrics and using A/B testing, personalization, and content optimization to improve outcomes.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based upon context and expected ROI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Iterable certified foundations or above.
  • Marketo certified expert or above.
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Salesforce, Hightouch, Zoom, Contentful, and Splash.
  • Experience leveraging AI to increase efficiency and having built an AI agent (hands-on experience with Copy.ai, Gumloop, Airtable AI, and Gemini is a big plus).
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
