Job Description
The role involves driving the market adoption of emerging IoT products within large enterprise accounts by developing strategic sales approaches, engaging with senior stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scaling and market introduction of emerging products like Asset Tags, Fleet Apps, and Multi-cam in strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute pilot strategies and success metrics for early adoption of new products.
- Engage in executive-level discovery, storytelling, and relationship building to promote emerging SKUs.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and Product to influence product roadmap and feedback insights.
- Create frameworks, assets, and insights to support sales growth and product adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and 500k ARR transactions.
- Demonstrated success with 6- and 7-figure deals.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong customer instincts.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead through influence.
- Experience working with Product and Marketing to influence GTM strategy.
- Ability to operate in strategic partnership with senior Account Executives (AEs) and account teams.
- Comfort in presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
- Experience with overlay or new product launch initiatives (preferred but not mandatory).
