Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining core systems for route planning, optimization, real-time tracking, and reporting to improve fleet operations across various industries, utilizing technologies like Golang, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core services for route creation, optimization, live tracking, and reporting with high availability.
- Develop web applications for dispatchers to create, assign, and monitor routes in real time.
- Create APIs and integrations with TMS and ERP systems to process route events at scale.
- Implement driver-facing navigation features in collaboration with the mobile team.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows such as smart data import, contextual rerouting, and predictive alerts using geospatial data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- Strong programming coding fundamentals.
- Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions.
- An ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones with your team.
