Job Description
A Senior Full-Stack Engineer responsible for designing and building internal and customer-facing tools to manage feature lifecycles, ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable feature delivery across the platform using technologies like Go and React.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack projects including internal and customer-facing tools in React and backend services in Go.
- Work with data and storage systems to ensure features, flags, and release states are reliable, scalable, and accurately tracked.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of features from development to release.
- Enhance the customer-facing release management experience to improve feature discoverability and adoption.
- Improve code quality and system health by adhering to best practices and raising technical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- Strong programming coding fundamentals.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise software applications.
- Experience across the full stack frontend, backend, and working with data storage systems.
- Interest in owning and building out new features end-to-end.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proactive growth mindset, always looking at ways to improve the status quo.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, reliability, and customer impact.
- Experience building full-stack applications that serve both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Familiarity with release systems, feature flagging, and gating.
- Experience with distributed systems and working with data storage to ensure reliability and auditability.
- A track record of shipping high-quality features and iterating based on user customer feedback.
- Experience with Go and React TypeScript or similar modern stacks.
