Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer role focused on developing and leading scalable, innovative digital workflows that modernize front-line workforce operations using AI, automation, and full-stack technologies to deliver real-world impact across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and translate feedback into features.
- Lead the development of new initiatives through rapid prototyping and iteration based on customer feedback.
- Design innovative experiences leveraging AI tools to enhance decision-making for end users.
- Drive technical leadership and make architectural decisions to ensure scalable, long-term solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 years of professional full-stack software experience in a production environment.
- Strong growth mindset, including a desire to continuously teach, learn from, and grow with your team members.
- Willingness to dive deep and solve challenging technical problems.
- Experience building in a high-growth startup environment, operating in small teams with broad ownership.
- A track record of success contributing to software products at scale.
- Familiarity with the core tech stack including GraphQL, gRPC, React Native, React, Go, and TypeScript.
- Experience with native mobile application development.
