Job Description
The Senior Sales Tools Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's sales technology stack, including CRM and other sales tools, to enhance sales efficiency, support tool rollouts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure core sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, Gong, and Highspot.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, support, and root cause analysis for complex issues in sales tools.
- Support pilots and rollouts of new sales tools and features, including technical setup, configuration, UAT, and feedback collection.
- Oversee integrations and data flows between sales tools, CRM, and other business systems, troubleshooting sync errors and partner with IT or vendors on new connections.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and security protocols across all sales technologies, including license management and data handling.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Tools Administration.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration configuration.
- Hands-on configuration experience with major sales tools beyond CRM, such as SalesLoft, CPQ, Conga, Docusign, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales workflows, and SaaS selling motions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective tool configurations.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent.
