Job Description
The role involves leading strategic initiatives and go-to-market execution for new product launches, working cross-functionally to develop business cases, analyze market trends, and drive growth to support Samsara's long-term expansion in connected operations and IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market sales strategy and execution for new product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and develop strategic plans to ensure product success and scalability.
- Conduct data analysis and develop insights to inform product and market strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to guide investment decisions.
- Develop business cases and operational plans to grow new products.
- Identify performance improvement areas to enhance productivity and execution.
- Support long-term planning and resource allocation for new product growth.
- Present insights and strategies to leadership to drive product growth.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and other teams to align efforts and build relationships.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy Operations or other analytical roles.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects on a tight deadline.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity.
- Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others, including executive audiences.
- Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
- Enthusiastic about improving efficiencies with a bias for action.
- Strong presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, and comfortable in business and technical discussions.
- Ability to synthesize a broad set of information into a cohesive narrative.
