Job Description

The role involves managing and delivering learning and enablement programs to support R&D teams in adopting AI tools, improving productivity, and scaling training initiatives globally within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and execution of learning and enablement programs to improve productivity and AI adoption across R D.
  • Drive measurement and insights by defining success metrics, establishing data collection processes, and operationalizing reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to support R D teams in adopting tools and practices that enhance workflows and AI application.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and enablement programs, including ideation, stakeholder alignment, execution, communication, and ongoing management.
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications to promote awareness, participation, and impact of programs across global R D audiences.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in learning and enablement program management preferably supporting R D teams.
  • Proven ability to own and execute programs end-to-end in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, including comfort with data, metrics, and building reporting systems from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to simplify complex information and engage technical audiences through multiple channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • A growth mindset comfortable iterating quickly, learning from data, and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Technical background, e.g., familiarity with coding, developer tools, or AI workflows.
  • Experience with AI enablement, developer experience, or engineering productivity initiatives.
  • Knowledge of modern enablement practices in onboarding design, learning programs, or internal communications.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
