Job Description
The role involves leading strategic projects to improve sales operations, driving cross-functional collaboration, managing change, and measuring project outcomes to enhance customer and employee experiences within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program scoping, planning, and execution of strategic projects to improve customer and employee experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align objectives and coordinate stakeholders for project delivery
- Manage change initiatives within the sales organization to support process improvements
- Measure and report on project outcomes to drive continuous operational improvements
- Champion and embed company cultural principles within project and team activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year institution
- 6-8 years of program management, management consulting, business operations or strategy experience, ideally in a SaaS environment or fast-paced technology consulting role
- Track record launching transformational, cross-functional initiatives that measurably improve the customer experience and support scalability within the business
- Strong Program Management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery, including framing the need, scope requirements, documenting project roadmaps, partnering with teams, defining KPIs, and reporting out on results
- Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data to inform decisions
- Strong communication and written language skills including clear and concise documentation
- Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, managers, front-line teammates, and cross-functional partners
