- An ideal candidate should align with Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy, which involves delivering Total Direct Compensation based on role, level, and geography that is at or above market, including base salary, bonus, variable pay, restricted stock unit awards (RSUs), and potential above-market equity refresh awards for top performers.
