Job Description
The role involves designing and scaling high-performing, agile engineering and product teams, advising senior leadership on organizational structure, fostering a culture of innovation and leadership development, and leveraging data analytics to improve team effectiveness within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect small, high-performing teams that can move quickly while maintaining operational excellence.
- Help leaders structure organizations that scale without bureaucracy, ensuring agility as the company grows.
- Identify organizational bottlenecks, silos, and inefficiencies, and restructure teams proactively.
- Partner with senior engineering, AI, and platform leaders to anticipate talent needs and build supportive org structures.
- Drive a high-performance culture by implementing leadership development programs and fostering continuous feedback.
- Leverage people analytics to inform organizational design, team health, and leadership effectiveness.
- Advocate for and embed the company's cultural principles across teams and leadership.
Requirements
- 8 years of People Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting R D, product, AI, or engineering teams at a high-growth, fast paced tech company.
- Proven experience designing org structures that enable teams to ship quickly while maintaining execution discipline.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively as a trusted advisor to executives, navigating complex org dynamics and driving decisive action.
- Ability to translate people metrics into strategic insights that directly impact speed, execution, and long-term team success.
- Operate with an ownership mentality, embracing ambiguity and proactively solving problems with a founder mindset.
