Job Description

The role involves planning, executing, and managing high-impact field and event marketing programs to support Samsara's industry verticals, with a focus on driving business outcomes through strategic event management, collaboration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated field and event marketing programs, including hosted events, roadshows, and third-party sponsorships.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee event budget, forecast, and reporting, including KPI measurement and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate event promotion, sales enablement, and data tracking within CRM systems.
  • Support and facilitate event lead processing and develop post-event reports to measure impact.
  • Manage project management tools, event calendar, and processes for event marketing programs.
  • Support customer engagement at company events, such as the annual customer conference, Beyond.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience in field or event marketing, product marketing, project or program management.
  • 5 years of relevant experience working with B2B high-tech product solutions.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively amidst many moving pieces and complete tasks with high quality and on deadline.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams and external partner stakeholders, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
  • Outstanding business judgment and a deep love for data-based decision-making and experimentation, proficient using a CRM or Marketing Automation platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time is required.
