Job Description
The role involves developing and deploying generative AI applications to enhance Samsara's sales and revenue operations, including building AI-powered tools, copilots, and features that improve customer engagement and sales efficiency in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build generative AI tools to enhance sales outreach and customer engagement
- Develop AI-powered copilots that provide real-time CRM insights and sales knowledge
- Launch AI features to improve efficiency and personalization in the sales process
- Work across the full AI development stack, including model experimentation, app development, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and sales teams to implement AI solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with a focus on software engineering, applied machine learning, or AI product development.
- Demonstrated success building and deploying production-ready AI ML applications, particularly in generative AI such as Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Expertise in Python programming and experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, or similar.
- Experience developing backend systems and APIs, and working closely with product and design teams to ship customer-facing features.
- Strong product sense and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Located in and authorized to work in the United States (this is a fully remote role).
