Job Description

The role involves strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth, publicly traded IoT company, focusing on sourcing, assessing, and partnering with sales talent across European markets to support regional expansion and build a strong recruitment foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full recruitment cycle to source, engage, and convert top talent in the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing using tools like HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Conduct in-depth sales assessments and structured interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and discovery mechanics.
  • Own and analyze recruitment data, including response rates and market mapping, to inform hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to align on regional hiring needs and strategies.
  • Build foundational recruiting skills to influence stakeholders and develop into a strategic talent partner.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of in-house SaaS sales recruiting experience within a high-talent bar GTM organization.
  • Proven ability to translate agency grit into internal success.
  • Successfully closed requisitions in the UK and at least one other European market.
  • Ability to speak the language of sales and distinguish between an order-taker and a territory owner.
  • Started career in a fast-paced recruiting agency with the resilience to handle a relentless quarterly pace.
  • Own the responsibility to find, engage, and convert 100% of your own pipeline using tools like HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Act as a rigorous gatekeeper, ensuring only the top 1% of candidates make it into the process.
  • Conduct deep-dive sales assessments, evaluate discovery mechanics, and ensure candidates have a structured methodology for success.
  • Deliver high-quality, targeted pipelines at pace across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Have total ownership of response rates, passthrough rates, and talent market mapping, making decisions based on data, not gut feel.
  • Partner directly with GTM leaders to align on hiring strategies.
  • Build foundational mastery in talent acquisition, including owning a region, influencing stakeholders, and using data as a decision-making tool.
  • Understand that structuring sourcing volume, message personalization, and rigorous screening is essential for consistent output.
  • Study and analyze own conversion rates and market talent availability to stay ahead of hiring needs.
  • Possess a relentless drive for self-improvement, iterating outreach and screening questions based on data insights.
  • Legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable.
