Job Description

A sales-focused recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent such as Account Executives and Account Development Representatives across the EMEA region to support Samsara's growth and expansion in the connected operations industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Account Executive and Account Development Representative roles.
  • Qualify candidates by assessing their drive and growth mindset aligned with sales mentality.
  • Develop creative outbound sourcing strategies through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders to align on hiring plans and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience hiring in-demand technology sales roles, specifically in GTM (Go-To-Market) hiring.
  • A strong understanding of the sales profile, with the ability to identify hunters and candidates with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience leading recruitment efforts in at least 2 European countries, with a preference for experience in the UK, France, Benelux, or Germany.
  • A scrappy, curious, persistent approach to hiring, demonstrating resilience and always looking for a way to get the job done.
  • The ability to clearly articulate expectations and persuasively sell the Samsara opportunity to candidates, demonstrating communication mastery.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume priorities without losing quality or candidate experience, demonstrating operational excellence.
