Job Description

A Sales Process Administrator supports global sales teams by managing sales transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review
  • Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure deal accuracy
  • Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
  • Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
