Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Operations Manager at Samsara is responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing scalable systems, and partnering with leadership to drive sales growth and efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to optimize enterprise sales processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve sales outcomes through process redesign, tooling enhancements, and analytics.
  • Assess, prioritize, and develop roadmaps for sales-specific requests and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and risks in the sales workflow, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation, define requirements, conduct UAT, and manage end-user communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Operations roles supporting cross-functional sales organizations within a fast-paced, iterative, forward-thinking SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to drive improvements in Sales workflows through cross-functional project management and build long-term solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com and proficiency in sales tech stack tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of leading complex projects from strategy through execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience translating policy processes into field-facing resources and guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university with a focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering (MBA optional).
