Job Description
A Sales Operations Coordinator at Samsara supports the global sales team by managing account and opportunity processes, resolving sales challenges, and ensuring smooth operations to drive business growth in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the sales organization, including account and opportunity management
- Support case responses and resolve time-sensitive sales issues to facilitate deal closure
- Enforce sales processes and policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales deals
- Administer and manage sales tools, including Salesforce
Requirements
- Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Fast-learner who is eager to tackle tasks independently, using available resources before seeking guidance
- Comfort working under time pressure
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment
- Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of previous Sales Support or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce
