Job Description

This role involves developing and managing training programs to enable sales teams, focusing on product knowledge and customer engagement, to support the company's growth in connected operations solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnerships with enablement sales leadership to improve onboarding and ramping programs for new hires
  • Own the production, distribution, and continuous improvement of eLearning coursework for new hires
  • Audit training content for accuracy and report learner progress and completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop programs that support business objectives and measurable results
  • Champion and embed company cultural principles across global teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of enablement experience for a multi-product technology company.
  • Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
  • A solid understanding of Samsara products with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies.
  • Multi-Lingual ability to create and translate learning content in Spanish.
  • Background in sales, product marketing, or program management (preferred but not explicitly mandatory).
  • Experience enabling sales on company pricing and packaging change management.
  • Direct experience with Lessonly LMS, Showpad CMS, and/or Jira Project Management.
