Job Description
The Renewals Retention Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to improve customer renewal rates, forecast renewal outcomes, and identify at-risk accounts through analytics and predictive modeling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the renewals process.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect global renewal forecasting processes using customer health insights and predictive analytics
- Design and maintain renewal health scoring models to identify at-risk accounts early
- Analyze churn attribution and expansion patterns to develop data-backed action plans
- Collaborate with Revenue Ops and IT to automate renewal processes and improve data integrity
- Create and present dashboards and business reviews to communicate performance trends to senior leadership
- Mentor team members on data analysis tools and best practices to promote data literacy within the organization
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy Analytics.
- Advanced Salesforce SFDC expertise, including building complex custom report types, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Mastery of SQL and Excel for complex data modeling, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of SaaS recurring revenue metrics such as Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, and Expansion.
- Proven ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
