Job Description

The role involves managing and renewing a portfolio of high-value mid-market accounts in Mexico, leading full-cycle negotiations, driving customer retention and growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer success and revenue stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 50-75 high-value renewal accounts per quarter in the Mexico Mid-Market segment.
  • Lead the full-cycle renewal process, including quoting, negotiations, and securing internal approvals.
  • Drive account retention and growth by identifying expansion opportunities and minimizing churn.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data, provide scenario forecasting, and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to strategize account growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the primary commercial lead, managing high-touch accounts ranging from $25K to $250K, with expertise in the Mexican market.
  • Proactively solve for churn, advocate for the Mexico market, and achieve retention targets.

Requirements

  • 2 years of full-cycle closing or strategic renewals experience, specifically managing Mid-Market or Commercial accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing a quarterly quota of 1 million dollars with deal sizes above 100,000 dollars.
  • Experience navigating the Mexico business landscape, including understanding local competitors and regional market trends.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder save cycles and handle complex procurement legal requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Ability to drive full-cycle commercial execution, including initial quoting, complex negotiations, and securing internal approvals.
  • Prioritization skills to focus on 36-month terms to stabilize partnerships and maximize long-term Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage complex procurement processes and legal requirements.
  • Operational excellence in managing and maintaining accurate pipeline data and providing scenario forecasting and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to partner seamlessly with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to identify expansion opportunities and ensure a frictionless customer experience.
  • Full accountability for territory health, including proactively solving for churn, advocating for the Mexico market, and exceeding retention targets.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships and articulate ROI or operational value to diverse stakeholders such as CFOs and Fleet Managers.
