The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting to build diverse, high-performing teams across various functions at Samsara, supporting the company's growth in connected operations and IoT solutions through strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and fostering an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various teams and roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate interview processes.
- Create and execute strategies to attract passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage multiple requisitions and candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Drive offer negotiations and help candidates make informed decisions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the recruiting process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and hiring leaders.
- Develop sourcing strategies and marketing programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Mexico and legally authorized to work in the country.
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- Previous tech experience preferred.
- Unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
