Job Description
The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting to build diverse, high-performing teams across various functions at Samsara, using strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and fostering an inclusive culture to support the company's growth in connected operations and IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various teams and functions.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and facilitate interview and offer processes.
- Engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.
- Manage multiple requisitions and candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify hiring trends and unblock recruitment challenges.
- Tailor communication to different audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Advise on structured and inclusive interview processes to mitigate unconscious bias.
- Track pipeline data and provide updates to hiring managers.
- Promote and embody Samsara’s cultural principles and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- Previous tech experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with unwavering focus.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
