Job Description
The role involves developing and managing innovative products for vehicle routing and fleet management, leveraging AI and data analytics to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth within the transportation and logistics industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for new products and businesses, including monetization plans.
- Identify key customer problems and develop solutions that maximize market impact and customer satisfaction.
- Drive product development, launch, and continuous improvement through iterative feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to secure strategic accounts, resolve escalations, and maintain top customer relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet technical, business, and customer needs.
- Create detailed product specifications, communicate strategies clearly, and present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize product features and initiatives to achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in a product management role.
- Proven track-record of success, delivering products that delight customers, achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep technical understanding, curiosity and drive, and an ability to grasp technical concepts to establish credibility with engineers.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable goals for the team to drive towards.
- Bias-to-action and a proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers and the business on tight timelines.
- Hands-on approach, writing detailed product specs and jumping on customer calls with the sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to customers, internal audiences, and executives, and writing clear and concise strategy documents.
- Track record of thriving in selective, high-performance environments, whether top schools, elite companies, or startups backed by top investors.
- Experience leading mobile and SaaS products with refined, consumerized user experiences and complex enterprise workflows.
- Experience developing services that automate and orchestrate real-world physical experiences.
- Experience with transportation, logistics, supply chain, and operations businesses.
- History building and managing relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
- Commercial orientation, including experience owning a revenue-generating product and accountability for a P&L.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in technical or business disciplines.

Compensation/salary range: $134,400 - $240,000 USD annually
