Job Description
The role involves managing and developing core features for Samsara's platform to enhance automation capabilities, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions that improve physical operations across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Principal PMs to develop product requirements and shape the roadmap for automation capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with design and engineering teams to ship intuitive, scalable, and reliable features.
- Partner with customer support, sales engineers, and account teams to gather feedback, debug issues, and prioritize enhancements.
- Use customer feedback and product analytics to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to product launch activities, including documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in product management, or a mix of product-focused roles in software, engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and simplify complex ideas.
- Comfortable using data and customer feedback to make decisions.
- Some familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or technical systems integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experience such as software engineering experience.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or platform products.
- Previous exposure to automation tools, event-based systems, or workflow builders.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or customer-facing teams.

Compensation/salary range: $134,400 - $240,000 USD annually
