Job Description
This role involves analyzing and reporting on people data, supporting employee programs, and managing systems related to performance, learning, and employee experience to help enhance organizational engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, analyze, and visualize people metrics from team-managed systems to support performance management, employee listening, learning, and development.
- Support daily management of systems, including access permissions, cycle creation, and stakeholder enablement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and report on data patterns across the employment lifecycle to enhance People Experience Programs.
- Develop and present focused People metrics to measure key performance indicators.
- Identify trends in reports to inform decision-making and develop new solutions like dashboards or templates.
- Create, update, and maintain enablement materials and organize documentation for programs.
- Support onboarding, learning, and employee enablement activities, including facilitating Day 1 onboarding and managing training sessions.
- Assist with program support activities such as expense management, feedback collection, and resolving system issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced organization, preferably a growing business in the tech industry with quickly changing business needs.
- Experience as a Data Analyst, Consultant, Learning Administrator, HR Assistant, People Operations or People Experience Coordinator, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, including comfort with public speaking in English.
- Working knowledge of databases, Workday, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience using survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, etc.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products and an ability to synthesize data using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Experience sourcing data from multiple systems, analyzing it, and communicating findings.
- Problem-solving, customer service, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask, stay flexible, and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience supporting and interest in facilitating virtual events and programs.
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to function autonomously as part of a globally distributed team.
- Team player mentality.
- Additional preferred experience includes using performance management tools like Lattice and project management tools like Jira.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
