Job Description
The role involves managing and optimizing partner operations and strategy in Europe for Samsara, focusing on data-driven decision making, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company's growth and scaling efforts in the connected operations industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operating rhythm of the EMEA Partnerships team to ensure clear priorities, execution, and follow-through
- Use data to inform strategy, partner prioritization, resource allocation, and decision-making
- Build, own, and improve core operating processes to support team scaling
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership to monitor business performance
- Identify and address gaps in partner performance and execution
- Support the growth of the Partnerships team by defining operating models, roles, and ways of working
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, business operations, sales operations, strategy operations, or similar problem-solving roles.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support real business decisions.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, or equivalent tools.
- A track record of moving from analysis to execution, and staying with a problem until it is actually solved.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership in ambiguous environments and make things work in practice.
- Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Bias toward action, personal accountability, and high standards.
- Business fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Experience in working cross-functionally across Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Ability to build, own, and continuously improve core operating processes that allow the team to scale.
- Experience in designing and maintaining high-quality reporting and dashboards for leadership use.
- Ability to identify gaps in partner performance and take ownership of fixing them end-to-end.
- Experience in supporting the growth and scaling of teams by helping define operating models, roles, and ways of working.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, BI tools, or operational reporting.
- Experience helping stabilize, grow, or professionalize teams as they scale.
- Ability to work in a complex and evolving environment with comfort in ambiguity.
- Willingness to own problems end-to-end and drive solutions.
- Legal right to work in the specified location (UK-based, ideally within a commutable distance to London).
