Job Description
The Operations Specialist supports order processing, inventory management, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and ship customer orders accurately and promptly, including handling exchanges and communicating errors to the Sales team
- Respond to inquiries from Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance teams within established SLAs
- Partner with the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors to ensure order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Coordinate with 3PL and shipping carriers to expedite orders and resolve shipment delays
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate on implementing new policies
Requirements
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in an Operations role, with experience in a similar industry.
- Candidates must have the ability to quickly master new skills, procedures, and systems.
- Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a highly driven atmosphere while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Candidates must have high attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be able to maintain composure in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Candidates must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates must have exceptional communication skills and a high level of adaptability.
- Candidates must have experience in processing and shipping customer orders, including auditing and communicating errors with the Sales team.
- Candidates must respond to Zendesk inquiries from Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance teams within established SLA s.
- Candidates must partner with the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Candidates must troubleshoot and resolve system errors to ensure prompt order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Candidates must communicate with 3PLs to expedite orders and resolve shipment delays among shipping carriers.
- Candidates must be an exceptional team player with the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Candidates must have intermediate skills in GSuite or MS Office.
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
- Candidates must be able to identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and implement new process policies.
