Job Description
The Operations Specialist supports order processing, inventory management, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, collaborating with various teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and ship customer orders accurately and promptly, including handling exchanges and communicating errors to the Sales team
- Respond to inquiries from Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance teams via Zendesk within established SLAs
- Collaborate with the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors to facilitate order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Coordinate with 3PL and shipping carriers to expedite orders and resolve shipment delays
- Identify and implement process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in an Operations role, with experience in a similar industry.
- Candidates must have the ability to quickly master new skills, procedures, and systems.
- Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a highly driven atmosphere while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Candidates must have high attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be able to maintain composure in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Candidates must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates must have exceptional communication skills and a high level of adaptability.
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
- Candidates must have intermediate skills in GSuite or MS Office.
- Candidates must be able to respond to Zendesk inquiries within established SLA s (Service Level Agreements).
- Candidates must be able to partner with the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and resolve system errors to ensure prompt order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Candidates must be able to communicate with 3PL (third-party logistics providers) to expedite orders and resolve shipment delays among shipping carriers.
