Job Description

The Business Development Lead for Residential Flex is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships to grow the residential flexibility portfolio, helping to expand the company's market presence and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships to grow the residential flexibility portfolio
Engage with energy retailers to integrate flexible residential assets into the grid ecosystem
Shape and execute the residential flex strategy to expand market presence

Requirements

Experience in business development, strategic partnership development, or related roles with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing partnerships.
Ability to engage with key stakeholders within energy retailers to integrate flexible residential assets into the grid ecosystem.
Strong understanding of the energy industry, particularly in distributed energy resources (DERs), residential flexibility, and energy markets.
Experience in shaping or executing strategies related to residential flexibility or similar energy solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to expand market presence and drive growth.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and diverse team of energy enthusiasts committed to decarbonizing the grid.
Willingness to contribute directly to the company's global mission and strategic objectives related to energy transformation.
