Job Description
A managerial role overseeing sales operations, focusing on optimizing pre-sales and post-sales processes, leading a team of analysts, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and customer success in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Contract Administrators to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee execution of complex, high-volume post-sales processes including invoicing, contract amendments, purchase order processing, and order validation.
- Act as the primary escalation point for team issues, resolving roadblocks promptly.
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Engage with customer procurement teams to verify documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to streamline and standardize sales support workflows.
- Define, monitor, and optimize team KPIs to improve throughput, accuracy, and service levels.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles, including 2 years in people management
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams supporting complex, high-volume business processes
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Fluent in English written and spoken, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience resolving escalations, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing without authority
- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Familiarity with Zendesk and/or NetSuite is a plus
- Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Experience supporting Enterprise-level customers and navigating B2B procurement workflows
- Background in project management or process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and systems integration
