Job Description
The role involves managing customer renewals and sales processes to ensure high customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and achievement of sales targets within a SaaS environment, while leading and developing a high-performing team in a remote or hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against sales targets and ensure operational excellence in renewals
- Manage team forecasting, pipeline health, and drive accountability through coaching
- Create and improve processes to enhance efficiency and systems
- Foster team engagement, set priorities, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Champion and embed company cultural principles within the team
- Hire, onboard, develop, and lead a high-performing, inclusive sales team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of overall sales experience
- Exceptional track record, including over-performance of general business objectives and sales targets
- Demonstrated record of success in a high-pressure, performance-driven sales environment
- Proven history of ability to hire, train, manage, and motivate talented sales teams
- History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Strong empathy towards customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Renewals and SaaS experience preferred
