Job Description

The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for SaaS applications, hardware, and AV systems to ensure smooth operations and enhance productivity for employees, including executives, within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and assist users with technology and access issues
  • Manage SaaS applications such as Okta, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy tools and services that improve productivity and collaboration
  • Resolve high-priority escalations from helpdesk teams
  • Provide hands-on support for devices, AV setups, meetings, and onsite events
  • Document technical solutions and best practices in the knowledge base
  • Mentor new hires and support team growth
  • Support and maintain macOS and Windows environments, including imaging and security
  • Set up and support AV systems and conferencing tools for meetings and events
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets, identifying opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

  • Fluency with enterprise SaaS platform Okta up to a Sysadmin level and experience primarily in Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in IT support as a Sysadmin, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Deep familiarity with both macOS and Windows environments, including imaging, configuration, and endpoint security best practices.
  • Strong understanding of A V systems and conferencing tools, with experience setting up and supporting executive meetings, boardrooms, and live events.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and calmly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of discretion, professionalism, and composure when dealing with high-pressure or high-visibility situations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Ownership mindset with proven reliability in resolving technical problems end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience and certifications.
  • Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline repetitive tasks or support workflows (preferred but not explicitly mandatory).
  • A calm, composed presence under pressure, with a reputation for delivering fast, accurate solutions in time-sensitive situations.
  • A proactive mindset, always looking ahead to anticipate executive needs and eliminate recurring friction in the technology experience.
