Job Description

The role involves managing inventory lifecycle processes, collaborating with warehouse partners and third-party logistics providers to ensure inventory accuracy, streamline operations, and implement system integrations, primarily within a supply chain and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international third-party warehouse operations, including cycle counts, obsolete stock management, returns, inventory accuracy, and 3PL performance.
  • Work seamlessly within various business systems such as Netsuite, Salesforce, E2open, and third-party WMS systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse partners to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Complete inventory-related transactions within 24 hours with 99% accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the company and 3PL providers to address order expeditions and shipment issues.
  • Provide training and support to 3PL partners to improve operational standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through collaboration with internal and external teams to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High Level understanding of Inventory lifecycle process, including understanding of high level concepts to the transactional details.
  • Ability to manage domestic and international third-party warehouses responsibilities including but not limited to Cycle counts, obsolete stock management, returns, inventory accuracy, and 3PL performance.
  • Ability to work seamlessly within different Business systems which can include but not limited to Netsuite, Salesforce, E2open, and 3rd party WMS systems.
  • Responsible for completion of inventory-related transactions within 24 hours with an accuracy of 99%.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations, specifically within a B2B 3PL environment.
  • Understanding of AI and how to apply it to the position, including forecasting, safety stock, auditing, and predictive inventory levels.
  • International experience including but not limited to Mexico, Canada, UK, Netherlands, and Southeast Asia.
  • Moderate expertise in Excel or similar applications.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with the knack for thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in automation and systems integration is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to occasionally align with different time zones for global team collaboration.
  • Netsuite administration certifications are preferred.
  • Business use of AI and supply chain and operations certifications, such as Six Sigma, APICS, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
