Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and advanced data mining to identify top talent in the market.
- Develop and execute creative targeting strategies for high-volume, dynamic GTM roles across UK and EMEA.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and optimize candidate engagement strategies.
- Foster trust with hiring managers by providing market insights and competitive intelligence to influence hiring priorities.
- Master complex sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and specialized sourcing tools.
Requirements
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience, including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in a high-talent bar organization.
- Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets.
- Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and the use of specialized sourcing tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter.
