Job Description

The Enterprise Select Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Samsara's largest and most complex customers, driving adoption of the platform, guiding strategic initiatives, and aligning customer goals with product roadmaps to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability in physical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with large, complex enterprise customers to maximize platform adoption and long-term value.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements to understand current operations and recommend workflow transformations.
  • Architect joint success plans with customers, defining objectives, metrics, and timelines to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to align multi-year transformation initiatives with customer and company strategies.
  • Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Support, and Finance to support mission-critical customer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience with most recent experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence required to lead high-stakes, Fortune 500 partnerships, with a proven ability to take strategic initiative and thrive in high-visibility, change-heavy environments.
  • Track record of anticipating strategic obstacles and resolving complex challenges through a blend of foresight, deep business insight, and diplomatic poise under multifaceted pressure.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels, from executive leadership to technical teams and daily end-users, both internally and externally.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies and working with technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40% as required for the role.
