Job Description
This senior role involves developing and leading a scalable sales compensation function, managing compensation plans, ensuring accurate payouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the global sales compensation team for calculation and administration of sales commissions
- Develop and maintain sales compensation processes, plans, policies, and internal controls
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal on incentive compensation planning and system enhancements
- Ensure accurate and timely payout of variable sales compensation
- Communicate compensation strategies, plans, and calculations effectively to stakeholders
- Drive best practices for incentive plan implementation and system automation
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations on sales compensation performance to senior leadership
- Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing sales compensation team
Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales compensation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Xactly compensation system is strongly preferred.
- Obsession with providing excellent customer service.
