Job Description

The role involves leading revenue enablement for Samsara's EMEA region, developing strategies and programs to train and support sales, customer success, and account development teams, with a focus on AI-driven, behavior-based outcomes to drive regional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional enablement roadmap in partnership with sales leaders and global teams.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of enablement professionals across the EMEA region.
  • Adapt and localize global enablement programs to meet regional needs and fill content gaps.
  • Design and deliver enablement initiatives including onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and leadership development.
  • Implement AI-first enablement programs that are interactive and integrated into the workflow.
  • Track and measure behavior change and enablement outcomes, setting targets and reporting results to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership, Sales Ops, and PMM to align enablement with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of revenue enablement experience, with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing, hiring, and performance managing a diverse team.
  • Hands-on experience rolling out a sales methodology across the EMEA region.
  • Command of the Message, MEDDIC Force Management, or an equivalent sales methodology.
  • Multi-territory EMEA experience, having worked beyond a single market and understanding regional variations.
  • Enterprise SaaS background.
  • Strong executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders and field teams alike.
  • An AI-first mindset, with experience using AI tools to build better enablement programs and examples to demonstrate this.
  • Experience carrying a bag in a sales role at some point in their career to gain credibility with the field.
  • Experience enabling the full revenue motion, including Account Executives (AEs), Account Development Representatives (ADRs), and customer success teams, not just the sales team.
  • A track record of data-driven enablement, including setting targets, tracking behavior change, and reporting impact beyond vanity metrics.
  • Prototyping enablement experiences using AI tools, demonstrating a builder’s instinct.
  • Sharp seller intuition to identify when content is too long, language won’t land, or when behavior change requires more than a training module.
  • Ability to move fast without losing strategic clarity, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities while maintaining long-term goals.

Benefits & Perks

Above-market total compensation including base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity
Flexible, employee-led remote work model with options for in-person or hybrid work
Comprehensive health and parental leave plans
Professional development stipend
