Job Description
The role involves designing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for clients, focusing on modernization, AI integration, and cloud solutions, while engaging with C-level executives and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define overall architecture, data, and cloud strategies for large client accounts
- Engage with C-level executives to align strategic objectives with technical solutions
- Drive innovation by architecting solutions leveraging emergent technologies like Agentic AI
- Collaborate with product engineering teams and client teams to deliver technical services
- Assess IT landscape maturity and participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Guide consulting teams and partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability
- Develop reusable assets, technical designs, and thought leadership materials for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in roles such as Software vendor Architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or Enterprise Architect at a customer
- Proven ability to think strategically, connecting technical solutions to business value and customer objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives
- Demonstrated experience in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and a strong understanding of Agentic AI
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures
- Strong background in Data Architecture, Integrations patterns, and a development background in data-related languages such as SQL and Python
- Strong technical background with a focus on system integrations, data operations, and automation capabilities
- Ability to explain architecture diagrams and environments where architecture has been coded or assembled into demos
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent in an Information Technology-related field
- Fluency in English
- Experience with capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI
- Experience with cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Certifications in ESB, ETL tools such as Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, Informatica
- Certifications in TOGAF or Zachmann framework
- Experience in at least two domains among Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Management, Service, Order Management, Sales, HR, Procurement
- Experience in at least two industries among Consumer Goods, Banking, Pharma, Aerospace, Telco, Transport
