Job Description

The role involves leading Samsara's global paid media strategy across various digital channels to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and customer engagement, while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Samsara's paid acquisition and expansion strategy across search, paid social, and ABM platforms.
  • Define channel objectives, budget allocation, and ROI targets aligned with company growth goals.
  • Develop a full-funnel marketing approach to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and account expansion.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Ops to align targeting, messaging, and lead flow.
  • Build and manage a team of channel specialists and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Implement experimentation frameworks for creative testing, bidding, and audience segmentation to optimize performance.
  • Lead analytics and measurement efforts to connect paid media investment with pipeline, ARR, and ROI metrics.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to produce high-performing assets for various stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Evaluate and incorporate new channels and technologies to expand reach and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing with at least 5 years in people management.
  • Proven experience owning paid media strategy and execution across search, paid social, and ABM in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Track record of achieving pipeline, ROI, and CAC efficiency targets at scale.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Deep platform expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and ABM platforms such as 6sense or RollWorks.
  • Experience managing vendors, large media budgets, and multi-region campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
