Job Description
The Digital Experience Specialist at Samsara is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing web content and digital platforms to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible, and responsive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine web page layouts in Figma based on templates and stakeholder feedback
- Organize, format, and publish digital assets such as images, videos, and graphics
- Conduct quality assurance testing on web pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with UX, design, digital strategy, content, and SEO teams to ensure smooth production
- Document processes and maintain consistent workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, escalating complex problems as needed
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital or web production, user experience design, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience creating web page layouts in Figma.
- Ability to manage multiple website requests in a fast-paced environment with evolving business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to apply principles of user experience (UX) and responsive design to page layouts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A clear drive to leverage AI for better productivity and workload management.
- Familiarity and experience with AI tools and a curiosity to learn new ways of accelerating workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize seamless digital experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
- Experience and/or understanding of content implementation to build and manage web pages using modern Content Management System (CMS) platforms like Webflow and/or Contentful.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of SEO and emerging GEO best practices such as meta tags and alt text.
