Job Description
A Data Analyst role focused on designing and delivering business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by translating data into actionable insights and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and analyses
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data visualizations and analyses
- Structure, shape, and optimize data sets using SQL or other programming languages
- Create and maintain complex dashboards to support decision-making
- Perform exploratory analyses to assess organizational health and identify improvement opportunities
- Build analytical models to detect patterns, anomalies, and root causes
- Lead meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 4 years of experience in a data-based role such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar
- Experience with data manipulation and processing, preferably in SQL
- Experience with data visualization, preferably in Tableau or CRM Analytics
- Must be located in, and authorized to work in Canada
- Experience with data structures and the ability to leverage programming languages such as SQL or Python to shape, structure, and optimize data sets for analysis
- Ability to create and maintain complex dashboards and other summary visualizations to support decision-making from operational and leadership teams
- Ability to perform exploratory analyses to understand the health of the Go-to-market organization and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Ability to build analytical models to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes, such as analyzing device health to proactively reach out to customers
- Experience leading meetings with technical and non-technical leaders to understand data structures, dashboard requirements, and business priorities
- Experience partnering with leadership to solve business problems
